We could not be happier with the whole construction process, from the initial estimate to writing the check when the project was finished. We had several estimates (they were 2nd highest) & they explained everything to us on why they chose the materials they did & to how they would do the project. They were on time (early in the AM) and worked until dark. They cleaned up every night, some of the hardest workers we have had the pleasure to work with.
When we ran into some unexpected problems they were quick to explain how to fix it and were very up front on what the additional expense would be to correct it. The quality of construction & finish details really stand out, we are proud to show off our new deck & patio & storage shed. It will last us for years & greatly enhanced our property values & will be a big asset when we go to sell our home. West Michigan Exterior Products provided an underdeck waterproofing installation for our walkout basement living space/patio. They committed to having the project completed in January and did so even with extremely cold temperatures. Without hesitation, they adjusted their materials to accommodate our limited height restrictions without added cost or impact to schedule.
